What is so special about OMUNKY?
All OMUNKY shirts are high quality. They are printed on super-soft 100% standard and organic cotton. The result is that you get a wonderful feeling shirt with a soft print to boot! But the best part is that the shirts will get softer each time you wash them, thanks to the ring spun cotton! For more information on organic cotton, click here.
Also, OMUNKY is not a big operation. I run everything from designing the shirts to completing orders, so every single OMUNKY item you receive has been given my full and undivided attention. You will not be disappointed with my sweet tees.
Finally, OMUNKY shirts are a rare item. All shirts are released in limited runs. If a shirt sells really well, odds are I will reprint it. But I prefer making new shirts over reprinting old ones. So get 'em while their hot, cause you might never see them again!
How do I keep my shirts looking and feeling awesome?
Designs will last the longest if shirts are machine-washed inside-out in cold water. It is recommended that you wash them before they are worn to enjoy the t-shirt to its fullest. Be sure to wash dark colors separately, and don't iron the design or have the shirt dry cleaned! Also, hang-drying the shirts is preferable, but not really necessary.
What is your return policy?
If you have ordered an item from OMUNKY, and are not 100% satisfied, please contact me and let me know. I would be happy to exchange the shirt for another one or for store credit. Please do it within 30 days of ordering the item. Unfortunately, I am unable to reimburse you for shipping charges, but I will do my best to make sure your experience with OMUNKY is a wonderful one. Just a suggestion, in order to avoid the most likely problem you might have with your OMUNKY shirt (sizing), make sure to check the size charts located on the product pages. Newer shirts are sized differently than older ones.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Generally, domestic and international orders are shipped around 24 hours after I receive them. I ship via USPS, and It takes about 3-5 days for an item to arrive if it is ordered within the United States. International orders may take up to 3-4 weeks due to delays in customs and other reasons that are out of my control. These statistics are not a 100% guarantee, so if you need an item sooner than these estimates, please contact me directly and we will work something out.
Why am I so worried?
About what? Shopping online? Oh, come on! This isn't ten years ago, things have changed. Online shopping is WAY more secure these days. Sites are encrypted so your credit card information stays safe and secure. In fact, two wolverines (pictured left) constantly patrol the bunkers in which all of your personal information is kept. They don't take lunch breaks, they just patrol. That's right, wolverines. Have you ever seen one of them get angry? Well trust me, you don't want to.
Anyways, they man the main bunkers, and a colony of Africanized honey bees guards the perimeter. They will happily sacrifice their lives (that's one sting, you know) to ensure the safety of your information. You feeling better?
One more level of security ensures your information is as safe as it can be. Attack porpoises! Yes, that's right, porpoises (not whimpy dolphins), make sure that none of your enemies even think about trying to enter the base through aquatic means.
There, you see now? It's all good. I wouldn't want you to overreact or anything.
What forms of payment do you accept besides a fat wad of cash?
OMUNKY accepts all major credit cards through Authorize.net merchant services as well as PayPal. You do not need a PayPal account to use their checkout services.
